We are doing the end of the semester wrap-up here ... and of course there are papers, tests, students that need attention. (The great joke is that being a university professor would be a great job if it weren't for the students, colleagues, and deans!) I do have breather so I recommend Jim Garven's soliloquy on insurance regulatory reform in Texas as well as Eric Rasussen's note on the mandatory bundling of rights in insurance contracts. Finally, David Giacolone needs to change his style again (from One Breath Punditry to A Couple of Lungfulls of Breath Punditry). Read his summary on the theme "Lawyer Stats."
