Ted Frank takes on the CJD's ("a misnamed anti-tort reform" group) Zany Immunity Awards (note there is no ®) in one of the longest posts on Overlawyered in quite some time. 

As a member of the Florida Bar, I am outraged Florida exempts placebo manufacturers (who knew there was such a powerful lobby?) from criminal lability for selling fake drugs.
