I am getting tired of typing “How to Destroy the Insurance Industry”, so I am abbreviating it from now on. Others are joining in on the discussion. (Marc Mayerson at Insurance Scrawl, and Dave Stratton). Mr. Stratton notes that an appendix to the pleading looks incorrect as it looks like a legitimate advance of funds form rather than one that could be used to coerce insureds into giving up their rights.. Nationwide claims that the form is from a company that does not exist. To me it looks like a sample form from a fictitious company that might be used for training or educational purposes.
