A Nice Summary of Prop 103

George Wallace is back and he has a nice summary of Proposition 103.!  Also there is an interesting aside… George Joseph a founder of Mercury Insurance is betting a $1 million that no one can prove insurance consumer advocates’ claim that insurance consumers have saved $23 billion due to Prop 103.

The best thing about George Joseph is that he's a billionaire CEO/Chairman of a Fortune 500 company who

a) refuses to hire any p.r. staff

and

b) answers his own damn phone!

For this, he will always have a place in my heart.

He can be a bit of cranky old coot, and if you set him off on a rant, he'll just keep going and going until the cows go home, but he ranks alongside Willis' Joe Plumeri and W.R. Berkeley's...W.R. Berkeley among my all-time favorite industry interview subjects.
