Most of my discussion on pets and their owners’ rights is related to dog bite insurance and the companies that refuse to offer coverage. David Giacalone has a different take on dogs (and other pets) and the other liability issue. Just a taste using my words, not his …. where does the St. Bernard, who is his owner’s emotional support, get to sit on the DC shuttle? What happens if he drools (or worse) on your Guccis…. ?

There are lots worse places that dog could drool. Thanks for the pointer. Now, how about a solution!

Good post David, where are the solutions to these problems?

My dog died while under the care of a kennel. He was healthy; no autopsy was done - insurance for kennel refused claim. Do I have any rights?
