Judicial Hellhole (TM) Encore

The ATRA has its yearly list of Judicial Hellholes(TM) out. In the spirit of the season, they have a new “Watch List” which includes California, Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Alabama, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Delaware, Oklahoma, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, and Washington, D.C.. What is interesting is that even after numerous rounds of tort reform in Texas, there are still a couple of recalcitrant jurisdictions.
